FAQs

  • Hell no!

    Most of the premade brand assets you see online get sold many times over to maximize profit. That means there could be hundreds of other businesses using the same branding as you. Great for the designer or company that sells them, not so great for you. Plus, they're sold through licensing, which means you don't own your branding. Bummer.

    That's why I pull your brand off the shelf permanently, as soon as payment is processed. Your branding will be exclusive to you.

  • Customization options are built into the base price of each brand suite:

    ✽ Business name: I will input your business name into the logo files and make sure the text is formatted properly.

    ✽ Color selection: I provide at least two color palette options for each brand suite for you to choose from.

    ✽ Copy: I'll replace text in collateral items included in the brand suite (like business cards or stickers) with your desired copy.

    ✽ Tagline: If you have one you want to use, I will add another logo variation to the final deliverables that includes your tagline.

  • Most definitely! These brand suites are designed to work for both online and offline applications. You'll receive your logos in both print and digital file types, and your print collateral will be formatted so you can send it straight to a professional printer.

  • Exact turnaround times vary based on my availability and the level of customization you need. You can expect to receive your finalized brand assets within 1-2 weeks.

  • For legal reasons, I can't send font files directly.

    If you need access to the fonts themselves for your own use, you will need to obtain your own licenses. The fonts I use for these brands are always under $50 per style or free for commercial use. I will always include links to each font so you can access them when you're ready.

  • As with all things in design, it depends.

    While the existing colors are curated to work together like PB&J, if you have colors in mind, color customization is available for an additional fee.

    Not all color combinations work as brand colors for various reasons. If your desired colors will work well with a few tweaks, I will make adjustments and share them with you. If your desired colors aren't suitable for a brand palette, I will create a custom palette that has a similar feel and share that with you.

    Due to time constraints, I offer one color revision per customziation purchase. If you need more color revisions, each additional revision is $75.

  • It depends.

    Fonts require the user(s) to obtain licenses, which makes font customization a little trickier than color customization.

    If you have a font in mind that you're totally sure you want to use, I can customize it for you for an additional fee.

    If it's a font that's not in my library and licensing needs to be purchased, it will be added to your invoice.

    Please review the EULA for the font you'd like to use. Make sure you're comfortable with any associated costs and that you understand the licensing options. Some fonts have complex licensing structures, so read the EULA carefully.

  • I got you covered! If you find yourself needing to expand your assets down the road, you can reach out to me. I'll provide you with a custom quote for your project based on your needs.

  • I don't offer previews before purchase due to time constraints. Not to worry, though. If you're not sure the brand is the right fit for your business, you can reach out to me via email with questions.

  • There are no refunds, as the brand suites are digital items.
