I’m Hope. I’m a graphic designer, illustrator, and visual artist. I live and work in the D.C. area.

My name is Hope Sudarshan Glastris (she/her). I’m a Punjabi-Greek American graphic designer, illustrator, and visual artist.

I work across print and digital applications, including brand identity, packaging design, campaigns and marketing assets, publications and layout, illustration, game design, and creative consulting. I prioritize value alignment, imagination, and bucking trends. I work with non-profits, food and beverage/hospitality businesses, lifestyle brands, and creative types. I love a weird little project.

I received my BFA from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts (drawing, painting, and mixed-media), and my post-bac in graphic design at the Corcoran College of Art + Design, In addition to freelance projects, I’m currently working in graphic design and art direction with the South Asian American Digital Archive and the Washington Monthly magazine. I’m also community art and yoga educator, and a mixed-media artist. Otherwise, I’m usually cooking, hiking, foraging, making zines and stickers, shooting pool, singing to my cats, collecting tchotchkes and ephemera, complaining about overhead lighting, and in the middle of at least two TTRPG campaigns at any given time.
